| Tammy L. Anzueto and C. Paige Blinderman were key Medicaid Managed Care steering committee members, guiding the development and implementation of Florida's statewide Utilization Management Program. They have participated in compliance audits with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and its statewide Managed Care contractor. Additionally, they have provided extensive training to Medicaid behavioral health care providers regarding managed care initiatives and policy requirements. | |

Tammy Anzueto received her Master's of Science degree in Health Services Administration in 1996. She has been providing consultation services including "friendly" internal compliance audits, identification of lost reimbursement opportunities, and program development initiatives for publicly funded behavioral health care agencies over the past several years. Her professional role within the public and private sector includes experience as Managed Care Program Director for Florida's Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Program Office, Senior Manager with a private, for profit health care agency, and Case Manager with a nationally recognized behavioral health managed care organization. |

C. Paige Blinderman has a Master's Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. She has extensive knowledge of the Florida community based mental health system of care, having provided services to both adolescents and adults, in various community agencies. Her professional experience includes assisting with the design and development of managed care initiatives in the State of Florida. As the Managed Care Program Director for the District 7, Department of Children and Families, Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Program Office, Ms. Blinderman had direct oversight and management of the Medicaid Utilization Management and Children's Mental Health programs. |
